Project: Phase-I/II ESA
Description:
Performed a Phase-I ESA for the site and determined the property to be an
"Establishment" and subject to the Connecticut Transfer Act based on the amount
of hazardous waste generated at the site. A Phase II soil and groundwater
investigation was performed and no contamination was found on-site. A CTDEP Form
I was filed with the CTDEP at the time of transfer certifying no release had
occurred on the property.
